The Committee comprises experts from academia, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, and governments that have extensive experience and knowledge on ethical and scientific issues related to the involvement of human research participants, including healthy volunteers. Experts are appointed in their personal capacity, not as representatives of their organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>International Advisory
